I was arranging a house clearance for my mum, after she went into care. Kent Property Clearance were superb from start to finish. Having never done this before I chose them at random, but was fully reassured by the level of information and thoughtfulness shown in our initial conversation. Following that, Bill and the team turned up on time, took time to understand what I wanted, made some good suggestions and cleared the house efficiently. They took care not to make a mess and left the house in a very clean condition. Great service.

Cant recommend enough. I had to organise a full house clearance from overseas. After finding him from the glowing Checkatrade reviews I made an initial enquiry for a full house clearance and Bill had picked up the keys from my estate agent and visited the property within 2 days and provided an accurate quote that was better than I had found elsewhere. I couldnt believe how quick the job was completed. I was kept updated multiple times a day and provided photos on completion. Not only that, he removed any items that he thought would sell, took them to auction and reduced my bill and the end. It practically cut my invoice in half. Kent Property Clearance were appointed in June 2022 to undertake a complex move and clearance project for us. This involved relocating teams to other sites, relocating furniture and disposing of unwanted items. The project lasted for 9 months and during this time Bill and the team provided a very efficient service, nothing was too much trouble and they worked very quickly through the tasks. They were advised at the start that the project had certain deadlines which we needed to keep to, and Bill kept me informed throughout of how things were going and each deadline was hit with plenty of time to spare.
